About Orders

1. How do I choose the right size?

You can find detailed measurements in our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend checking the product fit description or contacting us for advice before placing your order.

2.How do I place an order?

Add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@shystreet.com.

3.Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us at info@shystreet.com.

4.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely.

 

Shipping & Delivery

1. Do You Ship to My Location?

THE SHY STREET can deliver to most parts of the world, and we will provide safe and fast delivery of your order.

2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

For orders over €260, we provide Free Worldwide Shipping.

For orders under €260, the cost of shipping will be €20.

 3. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

THE SHY STREET will ship your order out as soon as possible.

All in-stock items will be shipped out within 1–3 working days, and pre-sale items will be shipped within 3–40 working days.

Please double-check the item description for specific shipping estimates on pre-sale items.

 Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information.

 Worldwide delivery times will vary based on location:

Most regions: approximately 7–10 days

Some regions: approximately 10–15 days

 4.Will I be charged customs or import duties?

 International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in the item price and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Returns & Exchanges

1.What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2.Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size, please return your item and place a new order instead.

3.Which items are non-returnable?

Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4.What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.
