Returns
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 10 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts not caused by us.
- Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items unless defective.
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be covered by THE SHY STREET.
Delivery times for returned items may vary depending on your location.

We provide detailed measurements and fit notes to help you find your best fit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

2.Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to post.
3.Contact your bank—processing times vary. If you still haven’t received it, please email info@shystreet.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size, please return the item and place a new order.
