2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during registration, checkout, and order processing. Any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be borne by the customer.

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to provide us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you regarding your order if necessary.

4. ERRORS

This website displays confirmation boxes during checkout that prevent the order from proceeding if required information is missing. Before making the payment, you may modify your order details.
If you detect an error in your order after payment, you should immediately contact Customer Service to correct it.
While shystreet.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. shystreet.com cannot confirm the final price of an item until after your order is placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We may contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you.
5. TRADE RULES
5.1 Price and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are not included unless otherwise stated.
If we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the unshipped items will be refunded to your shystreet.com wallet or your original method of payment.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, and online banking.
Your credit card details will be encrypted. A pre-authorisation may be requested to ensure sufficient funds are available.
If the card issuer refuses authorisation, we are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver.
shystreet.com will handle all payment-related issues for EU customers, including refunds, cancellations, returns, disputes, and customer support.
5.2 Colors
We have made every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee color accuracy.
5.3 Packing
Unless otherwise stated, we will comply with minimum packing standards for the selected transportation method.
Any special packing requested by you will be at your expense.
5.4 Shipping & Delivery
Order processing usually takes 1–3 working days, and international delivery typically takes 7–15 working days, depending on destination and carrier workload. Delivery times may be longer during busy sale periods. Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

5.5 Title and Risk of Loss
Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the Buyer, and the risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer thereafter.
Claims for damage during shipping should be made directly to the carrier.
Claims for shortage or damage before delivery to the carrier must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and must include the original transportation bill signed by the carrier.
Title and right of possession remain with Our Company until all payments have been made in full, including deferred payments, interest, and carrying charges.
5.6 Return of Product
Goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order. Only defective or damaged products may be eligible for replacement. If a defect is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
5.7 Reviews and Comments
Any content you submit to the site—including pictures, videos, reviews, comments, questions, ideas, and suggestions (“Submissions”)—will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting, you irrevocably license all rights related to the Submission to shystreet.com.
You warrant that your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.
shystreet.com assumes no liability for misuse of third-party intellectual property by you.
By posting reviews or comments, you also grant shystreet.com the right to use the name you submit with such content.
You must not use false information or impersonate others.
shystreet.com may remove or edit any Submissions at its discretion.
